God didn’t give me a Rainman-level IQ just to waste it telling you that David Goggins style masochism is the key to your success. Learn how my ability to think differently means you achieve more by doing less.
SCHEDULE YOUR CALL TODAY →Like you, I've witnessed countless entrepreneurs and executives burn out and lose their edge. Why? Because they incorrectly assume that doing more of what got them to where they are is the best way to get them to the next level.
And, who could blame them?
Our intuition leads us to believe that what worked before will work again. But, when the rules of the game change and you don't adapt... you're going to lose no matter how hard you work.
Look, I was exactly where you are.
I was a successful athlete. I then held a job in Silicon Valley that everyone envied. But the higher I rose, the more my entire existence felt like a pressure cooker. All eyes were on me. I had never failed and felt exponentially more pressure every step of the way to maintain that illusion of perfection.
Years inside a corporate pressure cooker forced me to find a way out. They forced me to see shortcuts that most never imagine exist. They forced me to discover the very efficiencies I teach as core principles designed to make you more effective executing on fewer yet more strategic initiatives.
I won’t teach you how to be a Jocko Willink 4:30am Alarm Warrior. I will teach you how to win battles in your sleep.
Do you get the nagging sense that your life should be better?
I’ve felt this many times in my life.
I was stuck as a starter on an SEC team who few coaches believed would ever get drafted to play professionally.
I was stuck as an analyst at a hedge fund, always angling for my first big shot but never getting it.
I was stuck as a Google employee, always daydreaming about working for myself in between pseudo-glamorous appearances attending the ESPYs and MTV VMAs as a guest of our strategic partners.
But no matter how well it seemed I was doing on the outside, on the inside I knew I was destined for more. So here’s what I had to do:
I stopped competing conventionally.
That’s right. When you compete conventionally, you play games on other peoples’ terms. You play games your opponents arrange. Only when you stop playing games that were designed for you to lose do you give yourself a chance to build your value proposition around something unique.
And you can’t have a monopoly if you aren’t unique. And if you don’t have (at least a regional) monopoly, you’re forever doomed to work a lot harder than the guy who does!
This is why I created programs like Insanely Addictive and Triple Sigma.
My programs help men like you achieve breakthroughs by guiding them through new approaches to old problems. Because it doesn't matter if your problem is physical, financial, or relational...
They all become much easier to solve when you learn powerful mental models that enable you to play with game with unfair advantages.
It's exactly what led James to finally seek outside help when he came to me for executive coaching. He was able to grow earnings by 20% while crossing $4 million in annual revenue in under one year.
“Alex is the smartest and most innovative person I talk to on a regular basis."
"Before I started working with Alex, I was dealing with what I’d describe as Type-A problems:
Overtraining. Overthinking. Overworking. We worked on shifting my mental models to correct my tendency to overdo everything.
Counterintuitively, he convinced me to prioritize rest above all else. I learned that more isn't always better. That you actually need to train less to grow more.
And I finally internalized the concept that "the bar is lower than you think," which helped me stop looping in overanalysis and start taking action more easily.
I also learned to value myself first and understand my own irrational emotional attachment. This mindset helped inoculate me against the volatility, politics, and cultural pressure of corporate life, and gave me the foundation to start building my own businesses on the side. These lessons (and many more) have helped me grow 10x in my fitness, career, and life."
"I own a handful of small companies and it is difficult to see my way through the challenges sometimes, particularly if I'm working through multiple challenges at once.
Alex gave me access to a larger network, modern business practices and innovative thinking and problem solving. I have probably executed on a half-dozen ideas in the last six months that I never would have come up with on my own – some of which have had massive ROI. Plus, he’s just so damn enjoyable to download with."
"For anyone that's ever been in a toxic relationship, more specifically a toxic business relationship, you know how bad it can be. I felt I was in over my head, I was swimming with sharks, trying to come to some sort of deal to part ways and avoid totally imploding the business I had spent 20 years building.
I saw many of Alex's posts around negotiations, peak performance, business and relationships. It was clear to me that I needed someone with a higher skill set and frankly IQ, to level the playing field against a private equity partner.DON'T BRING A KNIFE TO A GUNFIGHT! With Alex's help and understanding of how corporate sociopaths think and operate we were able to come up with a strategy to avert a business shutdown and come out with an agreement that was beyond my wildest expectations."
From fitness to dieting to job performance, one thing is clear: Everyone transforms the way they think once they've worked with my systems.
